This Privacy Policy (or, from now on, just the “Policy”) aims to help you understand what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, who we disclose it to and how we protect your privacy when you use the website <www.<www.get2zero.pt>> as a person authorized by one of our clients to create and manage a user account.

Thus, Get2C ensures that such entities offer adequate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the Data Protection Regime, and any entity subcontracting Get2C will process your personal data, on behalf of Get2C, following our instructions and under the terms of the subcontracting agreement signed with said entities.

 

  1. To third parties, when it deems such data communications to be necessary or appropriate in the light of applicable law, in compliance with legal obligations/court orders, deliberations or decisions of supervisory authorities or to respond to requests from public or governmental authorities.
